On Kim's 22nd birthday, fans went crazy when she posted this on her Instagram account captioning a simple "Thank You". Several assumptions (to whom it came from) surfaced but all became clear when she later confirmed that it was from Xian during her The Buzz live interview on April 22, 2012.
